Betty Wildgoose

Accounts Receivable Coordinator, Building Positive Relationships with Numbers

Finding the balance between compassion and understanding, while being fair in the accounts receivable process isn’t easy, but Betty Wildgoose manages to do just that. Focused on finding solutions, Betty uses her 20+ years in administration, management, and finance to develop win/win situations for clients where everyone has been heard and feels valued.

Client-service is always front and centre in all of Betty’s interactions. If asked why, her answer is simple, “don’t we all want to have good quality service?” In other words, if Betty can go the extra step in supporting our clients, she will. Supporting this service commitment is Betty’s expertise in analysing, organizing, and presenting complex information in a digestible manner. She is able to quickly identify small details that make a big impact on the financial health of our clients.

When not developing effective and positive working relationships with our clients, Betty can be found travelling across Canada and the world (15 cruises to date), as well as ballroom and line dancing.
